With Election Day around the corner, voters on the South Coast of Massachusetts will have many choices.

Voters will choose new candidates for open seats in the state Legislature in the Nov. 5 election. There is also a contested congressional race, and five ballot questions ranging from the legalization of psychedelic drugs to the elimination of a core high school graduation requirement.

Ben Berke, the South Coast bureau reporter for The Public’s Radio, broke down the elections with “Morning Edition” host Luis Hernandez.
