Raymond Dutelle brings more than a decade of transformative HR leadership to his role as Director of People & Culture at Rhode Island PBS and The Public’s Radio. A strategic and people-first leader, Ray has deep experience aligning human resources with mission-driven business goals. He has led talent and culture functions in high-growth startups and global organizations—championing inclusive practices, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
Previously, Ray served as Head of People at a venture-backed tech startup and has held leadership roles at companies such as Leyton and MOO, where he built and scaled HR programs to support rapid growth and cultural transformation.
Ray resides in Tiverton with his wife and son. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, pickleball, boating, and discovering new restaurants throughout Rhode Island and beyond.
