Rhode
Island PBS History: Who Are We?
was a college student research project conducted over two
semesters in 2005-2006 under the supervision of Dr. Velásquez.
This was the first student project that researched, organized,
and presented the history of Rhode Island PBS in a timeline
by decade.
The
project required researching the history of public television;
identifying key events and people relevant to WSBE's history;
sorting through surviving records and photo archives; planning,
scheduling and conducting interviews with key people; organizing
all the information into a sensible chronology; writing
the story.
