Beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 6th, we will show two episodes of each series and let YOU decide which series will air daily at 7 p.m. starting in January.

The “losing” series will continue to air weekly on Tuesday nights.

British Drama
Series 4 of Lark Rise to Candleford begins on January 7th at 8:00 p.m.

The new series opens with the arrival of Gabriel Cochrane, the once-wealthy owner of a large iron foundry. The bank has repossessed his home and business, his young wife has died, and Gabriel finds himself looking for a new start. The people of Candleford take him to their hearts, and Dorcas offers him a job and a home. But will their kindness be enough to save him, or will he let his vendetta against the bank, and his grief over his dead wife, prevent him rebuilding his fortunes and finding happiness again?

New episodes of William and Mary starting on Saturday, December 17th at 10:00 p.m.

William Shawcross' (Martin Clunes) search for love is complicated by his job - not many women want to date an undertaker! Mary, a divorced mother of two boys, has a more ambivalent approach to the whole idea of dating. But she is cautiously prepared to give it a go to find the right man. William and Mary is the story of how these two people meet and fall in love, while life throws various challenges at them that test their devotion to each other. Will their love survive?
